Order-Level Materials
Flexible Procurement for Mission-Critical Incidental Needs
What Are Order-Level Materials?
Order-Level Materials (OLM) enable federal agencies and contracting officers to procure incidental supplies and materials needed to complete a task or delivery order — without opening a separate solicitation. Under FAR Subpart 8.4, OLM items can be included within an existing GSA MAS task order, eliminating procurement delays and reducing administrative burden.
M3 Supplies & Services LLC holds OLM authority under GSA MAS Contract 47QSMS24D006B. Agencies can bundle OLM items alongside SIN-covered products (IT, Office Supplies, MRO) in a single order.
OLM Scope
- Incidental Supplies: Materials needed to complete a delivery or task order that don’t fit an established SIN category
- Ancillary Equipment: Supporting items alongside primary procurements — cables, mounts, adapters, consumables
- Installation Materials: Hardware, fasteners, conduit, and supporting materials for equipment installations
- Specialty Items: Custom or unique items required for specific agency missions
- Emergency Procurement: Rapid sourcing of urgent, mission-critical items through our distributor network
